Alexandra Cooper was born on August 21, 1994, in Newtown, Pennsylvania, to Bryan and Laurie Cooper. Her father was a hockey player at University of Wisconsin. Boston University offered Cooper a sports scholarship after coaches noticed her athleticism. Cooper, who accepted an offer of a Boston University scholarship offer, played soccer for Boston University Division-1's Women's Team during her degree. Cooper was also co-captain in her senior season. Cooper was the captain of the team that won four M.C.T. Championships, and also won Prep-A championships for all four seasons. In junior high Cooper was named on the All-Prep and All-Area first teams. Although, sport was not the only aspect Cooper did well in. While she was in university, her fascination with the entertainment industry and the media increased. To become an experienced professional in this area she decided to pursue to pursue it. Following her graduation from Boston University, she earned an honors degree in Film and Television.
